01Botanical Overview

Rich oleic density.
Synchronized genetics.

At 3G Floritech, our Subtropical Avocado program focuses on high-yield Persea americana cultivars integrated with synchronized flowering genetics. By interplanting Type-A flowering cultivars (such as Hass) with compatible Type-B pollinators (such as Fuerte or Pinkerton), we achieve robust, uniform fruit set and superior fruit symmetry.

Cultivated in well-drained volcanic-loam soils across elevated Karnataka microclimates, our orchards are fed via micro-sprinkler fertigation and managed under strict bio-rational canopies. Harvest timing is precision-guided by dry-matter analysis—guaranteeing minimum 23% dry matter for velvety mouthfeel, rich nutty complexity, and extended ripening windows.

01 / CANOPY & POLLINATION

Synchronized Floral Dichogamy

Managed orchard interplanting of Type-A and Type-B cultivars ensures complete cross-pollination during daily morning-to-afternoon floral transition windows.

02 / NUTRITION & ROOT-ZONE

Clonal Rootstocks & Aeration

Grafted onto Phytophthora-tolerant clonal rootstocks in deep, aerated ridged mounds with automated pulse micro-sprinklers delivering balanced potassium-nitrogen ratios.

03 / HARVEST PROTOCOL

Dry Matter Guided Picking

Crops are sampled non-destructively for oil and dry-matter indices before hand-clipping with stems intact, pre-cooling to 5°C to arrest respiration within 2 hours.
